The 2017 Fashion Awards took place last night at the iconic Royal Albert Hall, hosted by Karlie Kloss and Jack Whitehall. Another year of celebrations across the fashion industry for British and International talent. This is a chance for designers and business leaders in the fashion world to be recognised for their outstanding contributions, something that, year on year, grows from strength to strength, with current fashion designers moving forward with their talents, new raw and young talent coming through and well established designers moving from fashion houses and showcasing their new collections.

The Fashion Awards recognises innovation, creativity, diversity and individuality, with new awards being introduced to promote changes within the fashion industry, like the Swarovski Award for Positive Change, an award (in its second year) that recognises and celebrates brands or individuals who promote the welfare of others and generously use their resources to benefit good causes. It is a place where all the important people in the fashion world come together to respectfully and mutually celebrate the successes of this challenging world of fashion. Last nights awards saw emotional tributes being paid to the late Franza Sozzani, Azzedine Alaïa and George Michael.

A glamorous crowd, as one would expect from a fashion awards ceremony, hit the red carpet to attend the event, the highlights of which can be seen below:
