Beauty Tips: Removing SPF
SPF is a crucial step of your routine in the summer months. All year round is important too if you are outdoors but in the summer when we are outdoors more often and for longer, we must protect our skin from the harmful UVA and UVB rays from the sun.
Just as important though is removing SPF at night. This cream is designed to stop harmful rays from damaging your skin, so it is going to sit on your skin and do its job. This stuff doesn't budge easy (which is want we want). So, you need to remove it properly before you go to bed. And that means ensuring once again that you double cleanse, once to remove the SPF and/or makeup and again to cleanse your skin. Quite often it's not the SPF that clogs your pores, it's not removing it properly.
My most recommended cleanser is always Clinique Take The Day Off Balm but any good cleansing balm or oil (which all skin types can take) will shift this stubborn product.
