Moisture Surge™ 72-Hour Auto-replenishing Hydrator

It's back to my favourite summer moisturiser ever, Clinique Moisture Surge™. I actually keep a jar of this on my shelf all year round but in the summer it's all I use. My skin is quite dehydrated so it's not quite thirst quenching enough for me in the winter months but nothing serves it's purpose more for me in the hot weather. In fact, when I go on holiday it's the only moisturiser I take. So, right now, while the temperatures are staying up there, I don't want to use anything else.

This one is the new Moisture Surge™ 72-Hour Auto-replenishing Hydrator, replacing the previous one. If I'm honest I don't see a huge difference between the two, I don't believe this one is any more superior to the original but that's not to say I ever thought the original one needed improving. The idea behind this new upgraded Moisture Surge™ is that it creates its own internal water source for 72 hours (even after washing your face), keeping it almost twice as hydrated at the end of the day than it did before vs. Moisture Surge™ Extended Thirst Relief.

If your skin is feeling the effects of the hot weather we've been enjoying and is rather thirsty, then this is a great moisturiser to try. It's a gel like cream that is perfect for warmer weather, it doesn't feel heavy or sticky, the feeling that we most definitely don't want right now. It's hot enough out there and when we are trying to get comfortable at night, you don't want your skin to feel like it can't breath. Clinique Moisture Surge™ is full of activated aloe water, humectants and hyaluronic acid - nature's moisture magnet, leaving your skin plumped, dewy and glowing. It's a great base for your makeup.

If a skin quenching moisturiser is what you need right now, particularly while temperatures and humidity are high, don't dismiss this fabulous little pot of moisture, to keep your skin soft and comfortable.
